**Clubhouse amenities and services are managed/staffed independently and separately from housing. The clubhouse offers complimentary daily use of inner tubes, beach towels, sports equipment and pool items (while supplies last) which must be returned back to clubhouse staff or designated areas after daily use. Do not remove or take any household items to the clubhouse or community pool areas as they are for household use only. Please make sure to keep track of personal items you bring to the clubhouse or community pool areas. Clubhouse staff cannot keep track of your belongings for you, they have no way to track down which items belong to whom and will not return them to you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
